*     Call the office 253-588-2266

*     Leave a detailed message, following the instructions for "Urgent Delivery"

*     Include YOUR FULL NAME, COMPLETE ADDRESS, COMPLETE PHONE

        NUMBER, DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM

*     A property manager or contractor will make efforts to call you to make

       arrangements for the repair

*     Turn in a Work Order Form

EXAMPLES OF MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES ARE:

Fire                     Flooding                 Injury            No Heat/Hot Water

Roof Leaks         Down Power Lines (Call power company first)                     

LOCKING YOURSELF OUT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY. WE DO NOT HAVE A LOCKSMITH ON CALL. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
