Late Fees Accrue after 5:00 p.m. on the 5th of the month

Late Fees are $50 after the 5th Plus $10 for each day until paid in full

NSF Checks will be charged $50 Returned check fee

3-Day Notices must be PAID IN FULL, IN CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
