According to our contract and Washington State Landlord Tenant Law, tenants' notice to vacate must be received 20 days prior to the end of the rental period. 

I (We) understand that if this notice is not received by Parkwood Property Management at least 20 Days prior to the end of the rental period, I (we) owe and are held responsible for the entire next month’s rent. I (We) also understand that if we have not fulfilled our Lease Contract Term, I (we) owe and will be held responsible for the remaining contract rent until the unit is rerented and our security deposit will be forfeited.  

Written Notice to Vacate May be Delivered by One of the Following Methods:

or Delivered to the Parkwood office no later than 20 days prior to the end of the month

 

Keys:  All Keys must be turned into the Parkwood office at move-out. Keys are not to be left at the property.

 

RPP:    If you are an RPP Participant, you must complete the RPP Notice Form and turn it in to the RPP Office with a copy to us.

 

Cleaning instructions:    Please follow the cleaning instructions issued to ensure a smooth check out process.

 

Utilities:  Do not have the utilities disconnected when you vacate. Do notify the utility company so that they can read the meter when you have vacated.
